Yes, I believe in Spirit and in Spirit communication too. We are simply too 'dense' in our physical bodies most of the time eo see, hear or be aware of Spirits attempts to communicate with us.

We need to look at the scriptures for the answer to these questions.
There are spirits, good and bad ones. However, these spirits are not dead people. They are spirit creatures created by God - angels.
The bible is very clear about dead people:-
The dead are unconscious with no thoughts or feelings
ECCLESIASTES 9:5 & 10 & PSALM 146:4
The only hope for the dead is a future resurrection onto the earth
JOHN 5:28,29 & PSALM 37:29
Lazarus had been dead for parts of four days but didn't say anything about being anywhere else when Jesus raised him
JOHN chapter 11
(verse 24 shows that his sister believed in a future earthly resurrection)
To say that a person or personality survives in some way after death is an extension of the lie that Satan first told Eve
(GENESIS 3:4) He said that she wouldn't die but she did.
Beliefs should ALWAYS be backed up with Scripture
The only hope for our loved ones that have died is a resurrection in the future onto the earth.
It doesn't make sense that God would allow our dead loved ones to watch over us as we suffer trials etc without being able to do something to help us (how frustrating would that be?)
Please check the scriptures

I have always believed in life after death, but even more so since my nan passed away earlier this year.
I have found that little things seem to disappear, and then a few days later they return, although never in the same place.
You can feel the presence of a spirit, one way or another, whether it's suddenly feeling very warm, cold,a certain perfume/aftershave,flowers.
A ghost cannot phyically hurt you,so if you've a rough idea who they are, greet them and say hello, have a chat and you'll find they'll go quite merrily.

See, 2 Samuel 12/23, But now he is dead, wherefore should I fast? can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me.
And, Job 7/10, He shall return no more to his house, neither shall his place know him any more.
And, Psalm 103/16, For the wind passeth over it and it is gone and the place thereof shall know it no more.
And Hebrews 9/27, It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.
From the above it should be clear that the departed cannot return in any way.
Christ promised, "I am the resurrection and the life, he that believes in me though he were dead yet shall he live and whosoever lives and believes in me shall never die."
I hope the answer gives you something to think on and look into.

I don't believe in any form of life after death. If these things had been sitting on a shelf nice and safe for years, you might want to check out the shelves--a loose screw is a lot more likely than ghosts.

Yes, I do believe in life after death. And I do think some things happen for a reason. Your loved ones do things so you become aware of their presents. The phone rings-no one is there.
Someone comes back into your life, you haven't seen or heard from for 40 years. Why does this happen.? YES, I do believe.

Life after death. Think about that for a moment. Do you believe in being a very wealthy person who has lost all their money? Do you believe in having perfect 20/20 vision after being blinded. Do you believe in a building standing perfectly stable after being demolished? Do you believe in a top spinning after it has stopped spinning? This idea of life after death makes little sense don't you agree? Death means the cesation of life, the end of life, the opposite of life. After death one is dead, not alive. If one were alive after death that would sort of mean that the word 'death' has no meaning would it not?

I do.. when my father died about 4 years ago... He was still around. I would smell coffee when he was around.. sometimes I could even speak with him and see him.
I can communicate with the dead. I've always been able. I've never been able to explain it. I just can. As well as i can see things before they happen. And no i don't like it. Sometimes The gift is consuming and a burden.
Spirits surround us at all times. Just becareful not all of them are good.

I don't believe the dead can talk. I do believe that demons can act as though they are ghosts to confuse people. I used to go to mediums and hold tarot parties but when I met Jesus I realised how bad all this stuff is, even horoscopes, and gladly gave them up.

Yes I do and I would recommend that you read The Other Side and Back by Sylvia Brown she tells how the spirit world works from her perspective and I tell you I'm now a believer as are many of my friends who have also read it.
