well im 16 in i really lyk him i been wit him 4 lyk 5 months in he treats me with respect n da poilce said im old enough 2 talk 2 who i wnt but my mom do not lyk it

first of all are you a minor? And second of all does he treat you with respect? Talking to him as friends is fine in any case, but talking to him sexually may cause a problem. The option is really up to you.

That depends on how much older he is!.
If your between the ages of 14-17,then stay away from him. It's concidered "Statutory" (underage relationship),and he will go to jail,if your parents find out. (Now),if your between 18-20+ then "All's Clear",and go for what you know.
