Nothing is wrong with you but your body is telling you something. Eating only once a day is probably the worst thing you can do if you are trying to watch what you eat and eat healthy.
It sends your body in to whats called "Starvation Mode". Right now your body thinks it is staving and the cravings are due to you body telling you to eat to survive.
The only real way to get around this is to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Oatmeal for breakfast, carrots & yogurt for a snack, a salad and grilled chicken for lunch, an apple and pretzel for snack, lean beef and a small portion of veggies for diner and a protein shake for evening snack. Something like this. Overall under 1300 calories, but all healthy foods. In the end, you loose wieght, and your body is healthier. The cravings will go away.

We need to eat 4 balanced meals a day, drink alot of water, especially before meals and exercise regularly (espec. cardio). Low Carb, but not too high of a protein diet. Don't snack, except on fruits. Bananas provide alot of natural energy for the mind and body. I enjoy making shakes with two bananas and Kern Nectar, with ice cubes. Tastes Great!!
It is only human to crave fatty foods at times, or for some alot. But eating healthy is Most Important for us.
Fatty, greasy foods lead to alot of fat around the heart which in turn leads to an eventual heart attack & death isn't really a healthy way to go.
Think about what your thinking about. This is a little philosophy I go by. What a person thinks (on), so they become. We dicipline our minds to think on the correct foods, the better foods to eat. We can not allow our sense of smell or sight to dictate what we'll eat as well. Let's think, speak and act upon the right things to eat. We Can Do IT !!

First of all, eating only one time a day is REALLY unhealthy. You should be eating about 5 small meals a day. If youre eating less than 1000 cal per day, youre craving greasy food because youre body thinks youre starving to death and that's the fastest way to get a lot of calories into your body without eating a large quantity of food.

It's because you aren't eating enough. Your body needs some fat and it's telling you that it's lacking what it needs. Don't turn to greasy or fired fat though - try healthy fats like nuts, peanut butter, avacados. You should really try to eat around 1500 calories a day in 5-6 small meals every 3-4 hours.

Probably nothing wrong, fatty foods taste good. Just get some more healthy snacks in the house. If you have an orange instead of french fries around, you'll probably eat it.
I would eat more than once a day though, that doesn't sound healthy.

I think the problem is that you only eat once a day. When you're not getting enough calories, you crave things with a lot fo calories in them. Eat more often and it will help a lot.

probably because you only eat once a day. when you deprive your body of what it really wants, it only craves it more.
