It's possible...it sucks though. It really, really sucks. I've been with my boyfriend for a year and he's in Texas and I'm in Maine. It's been like that most of the time we've been together...we know we'll be together eventually, so I guess that's kept us going. It really, really sucks though. Just so you know.

Distance makes the heart grow fonder, but it can also weaken the relationship over time. Without that consistant contact (physical presence) it's difficult for a budding relationship to survive very long. Unless there is a short duration of separation, it is difficult to "be there" for eachother.
