Make sure youre eating about 5 small meals a day. If youre hungry, you shoud eat, just make sure it's healthy. Keep apples around (I like gala) because theyre filling and good for you. Also, almonds are a good snack because theyre high in protein and filling. But one serving of raw almonds has about 150 cal. Yogurt with granola is also filing and very healthy. And lastly, this sounds really weird, but chew your water when you drink it. Your body assumes your eating when youre chewing and starts sending signals that youre not hungry anymore. I usally get hungry around 1130 at work and can delay eating until 12 by doing this.

And if you've never been, go to hungrygirl.com. They have a TON of low cal recipes that are really yummy. Their goal is low cal, yummy food.

Also, celery is a really good snack. It takes more energy to digest celery than it contains in calories, so it's like free calories! If you hate celery (like me), try eating it with a little sala or peanut butter.

Well first question is how many calories are you eating? If you are eating too few you will have a hard time losing weight. If you are eating above 1200 calories and you are used to eating say 2000 or more it could be just that your body needs time to adjust to the new diet.

I would stay away from pills and such to help with hunger control and stick with lots of raw veggies and water.

When I first started on my diet, I too, seemed to be hungry all the time. But I started to eat more carrots, celery and cucumbers for snacks and drank a ton of water and a few weeks later I wasn't hungry all the time.

Also try to eat 5-6 smaller meals rather than 3 larger ones. Splitting them up will not only help with the hunger but the weight loss as well.

The more water you drink the better you will feel.

Drink plenty of water. This will fill you up. Also if you get a craving, drink a full 8 oz of water and wait 15 minutes. Chances are you will not want the snack or whatever it is at that time. Also be sure to eat 6 small meals daily spaced out every few hours. Snacking on carrots, celery, etc. will also help with decreasing the appetite.

Eat small meals throughout the day, about every 3-4 hours you should be eating something. If your eating 1500 calories a day than eat 300 for breakfast, 100 for midmorning snack, 400 for lunch, 200 for afternoon snack and 500 for supper. Try to eat high fiber foods for breakfast that will help you stay fuller longer. Drink a glass of water with or after every meal and throughout the day.

WEIGHT doesnt subject. As lengthy as you're joyful along with your FORM. And energy rather dont subject. You most effective have got to fear approximately the vitamins you're getting out of your meals. If you're consuming healthful and now not junk meals, and also you are not consuming massive foods continuously, then you definately shouldnt have a crisis. you are 15 and you have received five kilos in a yr. you consider possibly you received muscle? muscle weighs greater than fats does. Or probably, you might have received within the chest and booty, which so much men and women might consider is a well factor. So you dont have got to fear approximately calorie consumption, simply devour healthful and dont be a sofa potato

I've been doing the same and I have found that if you sip on hot beverages (tea w/ honey) that helps a lot. When you sip you take it in slower and have a more full feeling. Water is also good for this. Drink a full glass (8 oz) of water before each meal and then after each meal. This will help also. Good Luck.

Keep carrots and celery around to munch on. They are very low calorie and should help take the cravings away. Also, drink lots and lots of water.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
