1. Change your life style the life style must include some activity
2. Don't sit and eat your dinner in front of TV
3. Eat the dinner couple hours before your sleep
4. Eat small portions with a good Break fast
5. Feel yourself like a hero with your height (which makes you unique out of all other toll guys) You need to like yourself.
6. Say the same old saying the small you are the genius you will be.
Don't feel sick the more you tensed / the more you worried you will not loose weight so feel happy and keep your brain healthy by running at least half hour a day...

I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. Sorry---there is nothing you can do about your height. You have finished growing. There are no drugs, vitamins, supplements, exercises or devices that will make you taller. You need to accept the fact that you are 5'5". Losing weight WILL give you the appearance of being taller.

It is not possible to increase height... do not get misguided with professional / commercial ads.

Once you reduce your weight and your tummy is flattened, you would look taller.

For reducing weight and fats, stop eating saturated fatty foods, sweets, deep fried potato preparations, cool drinks etc. Do not reduce your diet however eat qualitatively balanced food.

Do cardiovascular exercise until you go out of breath…(?)… on daily basis.

Can do nothing about the height issue other than wearing long slimming pants, stripes. Walk talk, shoulders back...the weight issue, well that you can control.

drink more water in the morning. cultivate the habit of walking every day. it cures all evils. good luck.
