I really like him a lot, i think i am in love with him. we go on dates sometimes have the most amazing time ever! but the thing is he is in college and never has time for me. and i believe him it is because of school but i havent seen him in almost 4 weeks and he doent have time to talk to me or anything. but hes made me believe that he has feelings for me but i know my feelings are stronger. should i move on or wait for him?

I would wait for him. He will probably be off school during Christmas so you can spend time with him then. There will probably be more times that one of you will be busy like that. relationships are about giving and taking, sometimes you just have to wait and be patient. If you truly love him and he you, then you will be willing to wait during those times, even when it seems impossible and neverending.

Be patient - he probably really cares about you, but he also cares a lot about his future - when he gets a little less busy with school, he'll have more time for you.
