I work for a dairy distributor. We have lost alot of our day care center accounts to box milk. What is it? Forget the question I know what it is, but I can't find out who distributes it or if we can purchase it whole sale? Anybody? Where can we find it?

You mean this sort of stuff?

A search for "parmalat wholesale" brings up a bunch of useful (?) stuff; not sure what country you're in, though.

It's called shelf stable milk. I keep a few small cartons of it for emergencies but it should not be kept more than 6 months or so before use because it still can go sour. Best thing to do is if you decide to buy some, write the date you bought it on the carton with a permanent marker and toss it if you don't use it within 6 months of purchase.

Well, there is a boxed milk that my Von's and Alberton's supermarkets sells. It's called Parmalat. It comes in whole,2% and non fat. I've also seen it at my commissary so they might just carry it at all US commisarries. I don't really know the shelf life.

I don't know about wholesale, but you can buy it in the regular supermarket. Look either in the powdered milk section or the juicebox (same type of box) section. You can probably get it at discount warehouse stores (like Cosco) by the case.
