Yeah you'll be pretty exhausted from a couple of hours of rugby, and then to follow it up with your testing will be even more grueling for you, but look at it this way, you'll be warmed up for class and you'll have about an hour to rest up before your testing so the main thing to do is just go over the main things you still may be having a problem with before it begins.

I know I've done a similar thing in the past, so it is possible to do both, but my main concern is to how long the Rugby match may last because it may overlap the time you have for your testing, so you may wanna let your instructor know that you may need to make it up if he'll let you.
Good Luck

Most important is to make sure you are well hydrated. Drink like they vote in Chicago- Early & often. You won't have much time in between, so make sure you drink all during the game. I don't have any magic answer to recuperate that fast, but a least you'll be warmed up :)

Good Luck!

nine demon... he said nothing about his school. So for you to bash him over that shows a lack of maturity and understanding of the question he had. I would say to pick what is more important... you can go to another game, but testing comes only once and a while.

If you still train under this "12 th degree" black belt, he will give it to you even if you doesn't pass the test.

Why? because he's a fake black belt who care more about his income, so he will want to bribe you to stay.

My advice, stay home after rugby because he will mail you the belt anyway.

Decide which is more important and make a choice
