No. Lines only get a conversation started. Getting the conversation started is an important first step, but that's all it is. You still need to have a good conversation, and she needs to be attracted to you. There's no way around that.

Yes, become a friend first, and always be polite and a gentlement. Let things progress naturally and don't be pushy. If sex is all you have on your mind, then you will fail.
