Ug I have naturally curly poofy hair that i am constantly ironing out!But, the best way to get curls are roller setting with volumizing spray, blow drying then picking the curls apart and follwing with more spray for hold.Remember, the bigger the roller- the looser the curl, the smaller- the tighter and fuller.

You don't want curly puffy hair, but if you must:
Cut a t-shirt up into strips about 8 inches long and one inch wide. Wash your hair before going to bed, roll up pieces of your hair in the t-shirt strips and tie the ends of the cloth together in a knot. (You'll have a buckwheat effect). Untie in the morning; hair will be poofy and curly.
