When i was little , my skin was quite fair now am very dark, people mistake me for a sri lanken when im actually Indian :@ . I had low Iron but thats sorted now, any ideas on how to get lighter again, any vitamins etc. Thanks in advanced....

this maybe a dumb question, but do you wear sunscreen? you could just be getting tanned from the sun.

It could just be that your natural pigmentation has fully developed. Maybe dark skin IS normal for you. Are there others in your family with dark skin? It could be due to the sun. Is it so horrible to be mistaken for a Sri Lanken? If you're that concerned, try an over-the-counter skin lightener. You could buy this online.

Stay out of the sun, or wear long-sleeved shirts when outside. Wear sunscreen. Otherwise, just be happy with what you have. When you start messing around with nature, you could end up much worse. <*)))><

eat carrots and cauliflower to make the return of your normal skin although it will not go completely back as that is imposible.
