I think it's fair to say that most guys don't fit into this kind of personality and even feel that being "bad" is not going to please women.......

So why do some women go for the "bad boy"?

Women like doing motherly things. So when a girl likes a "bad boy" she wants to change them. Make them into her idol man, I guess. It's really stupid I think. Like someone you want to like it doesn't matter if they're bad or good but don't except them to change for you and don't change for them. It's always BAD!!

There are sociobiological reasons for this. Women are drawn to a man that seems exotic and may be a little dangerous, who is a risk taker. But when it comes to true love and commitment, they overwhelmingly will choose the nice guy! So don't worry and don't be jealous of the players and the bad boys. They attract women only briefly.

I'm not sure. In fact I never have quite figured that one out, but it is always such a laugh when the relationship or marriage goes (you know what) in time, and afterwards when those women who chose the "bad boys" wise up and change their ways and begin looking for good boys, there's non left to be had.

You have to understand that, dispite what they say, they really don't know what they want. They want a Bad Boy, so they can go against the grain and be his savior, while he can be her protector.... but, at the same time, they wish he would treat her better. They want the Good Boy so they can benefit from his success and respect......but then they wish he had more of an edge. AND yes, guys are the same way....we want the slut, but are looking for virgin sluts......

For the same reason why men are attracted to "bad girls" in real life and the media. They're exciting while the fun lasts.

Bad boys are basically losers. Girls who go for them have such low self-esteem, they figure the loser won't judge them. Losers don't have very high standards, so any woman is good enough for them. Sometimes, the bad-boy-loser thinks the average woman is fantastic, so she doesn't really have to hold herself up to much. Sometimes, the bad boy losers create a lot of emotional drama and turmoil, so the girl doesn't have to look at her own life; she's too busy dealing with him. Dealing with a loser means you don't need to make much effort to be a success in your own life- no time. Bad Boy drama = your excuse.

Honestly? Two reasons. One, it brings out their rebellious side if they have issues breaking out of their good-ness; and two, because it's a dramatic, heart wrenching project. There is nothing sweeter than having a "bad boy" helpless in your arms. And if you can end up making it work, the good girl and the bad boy can really compliment each other in amazing ways.

I dont think you need to be bad to attract women.
People think that bad boys are more exciting but it might just be possible to be able to excite a girl and show her many things but still have your heart in the right place.

Cuz bad boys know how to love on their women, bud.

Edit: forgot about the whole adventure/excitement thing.

Thats easy Confidence. YOu don't have to be fine, muscles, tall have expensive things. Only Confidence. My boyfriend and I were friends for 5 years before we dated. I 'll never forget he told me one time your going to marry me. At the time I was like ok but I never forgot that. I took that as the ultimate compliment. Now we're dating for 3 years. And damn right I'm going to marry him.
