My best friend is dating this guy ("Jerry" )but is still in love with another one still ("tom") and When I first met Jerry I automatically liked him and he recently told me that it was the same for him and before he told me this his best friend (Al) told him he liked me and has actually made moves on me. Me and Jerry have talked and we have decided that we want to be with each other but the fact of loosing two friends makes it tough. my friend has told me on more then one occasion that she would rather be with tom then jerry and at a party recently jerry had to work and tom was there and she was all over tom like they were together. is this wrong? and or how can we make this work without loosing two good friends?

While your friend is obviously in the wrong you should still consider her feelings. How would feel if it were done to you? This is something that you and Jerry should definitely discuss with your friends before actually taking the plunge, but by making your feelings known you could still potentially lose friends out of principle.

Well, this sounds really confusing. I believe all of you involved need to sit down and talk it thru. If you and this guy just jump into a relationship there will be bad blood between you and your friend but if yall all three get together and tell each other how you feel there wont be any misunderstandings. I don't see how your friend will be mad considering she doesn't even want to be with this guy. As for AJ you just need to tell him your not romantically interested in him the way he is about you, but that could make things awkward for him anyways you either way you might not be able to salvage that relationship.

first come first serve you both are single so what do you have to lose? it's not like your stealing her boyfriend she already has one,she should understand that.it just so happens that you two were not hooked up and the timing was right.

they'll get over it in time.
best of luck.

You don't - you find people to date outside this small circle of friends.
