Tubal ligation is permanent unless you try to have the doc reverse it. This is an effective means of permanent sterilization for women who do not want any more children.

After 10 yrs, the chance for a tubal pregnancy goes way up. There is also a possibility of having a normal pregnancy. A tubal pregnancy can be fatal.
