Local and State police can not help you. There are no state laws prohibiting immigrants. They are Federal Laws and must be enforced by the Feds.

If you are "legally" here then they won't help you get back because you are not violating the law.

Short answer is no.

Do you mean will they have you deported, assuming you're here illegally? Not where I live. The police where I live in Texas don't even ask if people are here legally or not. They leave that business strictly up to Immigration authorities. Now, if you told immigration police, they might arrange it.

Okay, with your details, I would have to say no. Unless you're an adult and have been kidnapped by your parents. And even then, you'd have to pay for your own ticket to get home. If you're a minor, then your parents are completely responsible for you, and the police would return you to them rather than to your country.

What do you mean? If you want to go back home, buy a plane ticket and go.
