I'm new to computers. So, I'm unable to use Microsoft Word & Excel the way I want. Could you suggest me any site or link wherefrom I can get a free online tutorial on these softwares?

Both have tutoring on line.
If you have the program you need to ask for the tutor on line or go where you bought it and ask them.

Americans have an accent? I always though other countries had cooler accents XD I guess there's southern and boston accents. Not sure were to learn them but you could try youtube and just repeat what they say till you can pronounce things in the accent your talking about.

Oh.... u can easily learn them, because these software have their own tutorial in the help menu. I learnt many things n new things through it. Ok.
