Why don`t you go and buy it? They have recently put an ibuprofen rub on the market. This would at least be the correct ratio of ibuprofen part to part of the vehicle that is used to make it. Besides, whatever you use could change the strength of the ibuprofen causing it to be ineffective. Also the molecular structure of the oral ibuprofen may be too large to be readily absorbed.

To start with what the heck are you doing, starting your own drug company? your going to end up compounding the dosage of the drugs eventually and harm yourself.
It'll be Ibuprofen today, what tomorrow? leave the mixtures to the drug companies, they know what they're doing, you do not.

What you are thinking of doing is illegal. I would not suggest it. You could get into a lot of trouble with the police.

Why don't you go buy liquid Ibuprofen? They sell it as a childrens oral suspension.
