get a roller brush, if you're after straightening your curls out. otherwise, get a large paddle brush. make sure you use plenty of protective spray if your hair is especially coarse

Don't use a brush for curly hair. It causes more friss and breakage. Just use a wide tooth comb when you are washing it in the shower.

if you like curly hair then never use a brush always use a pick and some gel or mouse and squeeze it in your hair your curls and think hair will look tamed and your curl will look like they were meant to be there instead of you Havin a big frizz ball on your head oh and never blow dry it it will look like you stuck your finger in a light socket hope this helps thinking of you, Terri

A comb is best on curly hair, especially when it is wet.
