Is there anything in any religious text about the ice age or dinosaurs.
Dinosaurs and humans were millions of years apart. So obviously the authors would not know about them - but the creation is written about and the authors were not present then.
The ending of the last age flooded cities and raised the sea levels by 100 metres. Seprated us from mainland Europe set the climate of today in motion. We are now threatened by global warming and further melting of ice - how can say the ice age does not affect us or our life or salvation?

The Bible is a communicaton from God to his people. The only information that really required is that which helps us draw closer to God. Knowledge of prehistoric times is unnecessary for this purpose.
Also the Bible does not deny the existence of dinosaurs and the ice ages.
The Bible also does not directly state that the world was created in 144 hours (6 days). The creative "days" are not strictly defined periods. Each period may differ in length from the others, ranging from as little as a few thousand years to as much as a few millio. On top of that, the context of the phrase that famously opens the Bible text ("In the beginning...") show a grammatical separation, suggesting that the creative days were not necessarily the actual beginning of the entire unierse, which could thus be up to untold millions of billions years old

The Bible describes dinosaurs (Job 40:15-24). In 1842, Sir Richard Owen coined the word dinosaur, meaning “terrible lizard,” after discovering large reptilian-like fossils. However in the Book of Job, written 4,000 years earlier, God describes the behemoth as: the largest of all land creatures, plant eating (herbivore), with great strength in its hips and legs, powerful stomach muscles, a tail like a cedar tree, and bones like bars of iron. This is an accurate description of sauropods – the largest known dinosaur family.
Ice Age inferred (Job 38:29-30). Prior to the global Flood the earth was apparently subtropical. However shortly after the Flood, the Bible mentions ice often – “By the breath of God ice is given, and the broad waters are frozen” (Job 37:10). Evidently the Ice Age occurred in the centuries following the Flood.

Behemoth and Leviathan are two particular types of dinosaur mentioned in the Bible.
Of course, the general term 'dragon' which also appears in the Bible is the original name for dinosaurs. For example, In the land of the dragon (China), for centuries before evolutionary terminology came into use, dinosaur bones were being dug up and used as 'dragon's bones' for their presumed medical benefits.
In the Book of Job in the Bible, it seems that icebergs were seen as far south as the middle east at that time. This can only be due to the effects of the ice age.
So to answer your question, both dinosaurs and the ice age are mentioned in the Bible.
Dinosaurs are documented both in the Bible and other historical, documented sources as existing until fairly recent times. The only difference is that they used to be called dragons. This historical evidence is ignored by the evolutionist establishment because it does not fit in with the evolution story and the millions of years timescale which is essential to such beliefs.

Ice age, I am pretty sure it's not in there. If there were an Ice Age, who would want to stick around and freeze their butt off writing about it...lol
Dinoasurs however, I believe did exist with man, pre-Flood (see Noah and the Ark). Take a look at Job Chapter 40, verse 15 - 24 (http://bibleresources.bible.com/passagesearchresults.php?passage1=Job+41%3A15-24&version1=51) and all of Job 40 (http://bibleresources.bible.com/passagesearchresults.php?passage1=Job+41&version1=51). Some people believe this is God talking about Dinosaurs, however it could be just descriptive poetry of a mythical creature used to make a point...or Job Chapter 40 could be describing a Dragon...hmmm...interesting...

Why on earth would the bible mention dinosaurs, the word wasn't even invented then.
I suppose if some creature resembling a dinosaur walked past Abrahams tent he might have made some comment.
But Interestingly, the bible does mention neanderthal men as still existing in early times. As does Josephus in his history, mention that their graves and bones still remained in Israel.

Why should it mention them ,this book was about people first and foremost, and not about ice and dinosaurs,
also it was written by man,who would not have been aware of these events, but god would have ,and we dont what his purpose was in having dinosaurs ruling the earth long before man,he may have had a good reason ,hence our need for faith..

The end of the last Ice Age caused the "Great Flood" with the melting of the ice at the poles. Dinosaurs are called "Levaithan," though that is one of the Bible's inaccuracies. Levaithan is a demon of water.

because the dinosaurs had died out meaning that if god had created them he was flawed otherwise they'd still be here because "god is perfect" he he as for the ice age back at time the bible was written (about 200 ad bit late there) in the desert nobody could conceived of water ice covering half the landmass of the planet. it would be consider madness

The dinosaurs are mentioned in the book of Job and are called "behemoths". The creatured described as such has a long tale the size of a tree trunk, and lives in the sea. As far as the ice age is concerned, the Bible is silent. However I believe it happened, just not as long ago as evolutionists say, and it did not last as long as they say.
