Someone is due in court but I dont which court or when, is it possible to find out this info.

Yes you can but how easy it is depends on your connection with the case.

If you are the victim or a witness, then it is quite easy. Phone up the police force for the area in which the offence occurred (e.g. Northamptonshire or Thames Valley) and ask to be put through to the department that deals with court cases. They will be able to check on the computer and tell you.

On the other hand, if you only know where the offence was committed then you can have a fairly good stab at guessing where they will appear in Court.

For example, if they committed the offence in Bristol they will appear at Bristol Magistrates' Court. Even if the offence is a serious one which will end up in the Crown Court they will have to be committed from the Magistrates' Court.

You can then phone up the appropriate Magistrates' Court and ask for details.

Yes, if you type in the area for the court you need ie scottish courts, it will give you a list, select the list, click onto daily court bussiness, it will give you a choice of courts and dates, click on to the one you want and take it from there. The High Court list is 5 weeks in advance and the Sherriff of Magistrates court is one week in advance. Hope this helps you.

call the court house and give them the name and they can tell you what court room and day and time

only from the police station where they were arrested,, but some can be funny about telling you especially if the person is a witness.
