Since you arent saying whether or not the people would be migrating legally or not, ill assume you mean legally. There is actually a list for mexcans to become US citizens. Most people die before they are even close enough to begin their paperwork hence, the reason why so many come over illegally. Last i heard the waiting list was up to like 42 years. If i could get to a more developed country such as Canada Spain France or Germany quicker, why not right?!

USA and Spain receive a lot of Mexicans for work and Education.
Germany and Canada for living style.
Also Australia is getting a lot now.
For Japan and Easter Europe is mainly because of International companies carrying Mexicans.

interesting, but i am confused if you asked a question and answered it too or if thats the question and you asking for it to be ranked.... i would say the US gets the most.... even if people think the US gets a lot of illegals, I think we also get a lot of legals, because the immigration laws are pretty easy here.... you just need, money and time.... and maybe a reason
