The question what kind of boys do you want to be popular with. And that's a question you need to answer yourself. If you act like a whore you definitely will have a lot of guys around you but they will probably be just wanting it.
If you don't act as a whore you (especially since you are in high school still) you probably won't be "popular" with the "boy" but there is a lot better chance you will meet a guy that will treat the way you desire to be treated he'll also want it but he'll also care about you.

No that isn't the only way. And do you really want to be around a guy who is only talking to you because of what you "do" for him. I have male friends and I am not a whore or a tomboy so I think you just need to be yourself and anyone worth being friends with will like you for who you are.

If you define "popular" as "the girl that guys can use" then you're right on the money. However, if you want to be a true friend and enjoy a meaningful relationship, you might want to consider just being YOU rather than personifying something that you aren't. Most HS students are looking for a way to fit in, but what you described will only lead you down the wrong path.

Being a whore is totally not something you wanna be tagged as. Surely you knew that already, I'd rather be lonlely than be branded a whore. You can be charming and intelligent and be popular without having the need to stoop down to that level. It;s obvious the guys attention she's grabbing is not the type of guy you should be interested in anyway.

Whores are there to use, not to begin relationships with. And once you stop putting out, your relationship ends.
Tomboys are cool. I'm one, so I think I would know. I can dress up and yet still go out and throw around a football. Best of both worlds.
But if you want respect, keep your legs together. There are some guys out there looking for a "lady", not a whore.

SPORTS learn as much as you can and know what your talking about. Being a whore does nothing but get u a bad rep. You dont have to be a tomboy unless u really are one. It is not that serious concentrate more on your studies than on boys

Hell no! Whores aren't popular in a good way. Being a laid back cool person is what people like. Be in the know. Know what other people are talking abou and know something about it. When the conversation comes up give a good opinion and guys will know you are there. Never be a whore! NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no!! I'm not a whore or a tomboy i dress like any 14 girl would. at launch i sit with 5-10 guys and 11 girls. does that make me a whore or a tomboy? i don't think so!

Is that how you want to be seen? Yes you'll be popular if you put out but only because you have that reputation. Guys will use you for one thing only and then be done with you. It's a bad road to go down....don't you think you deserve more than that? There are better ways to get popular and meet guys than to just throw yourself at them. That's really kind of a sad way to look for attention. You can do better than that!

No. Be yourself. Most guys only want girls like that to use and toss aside. Is this what you want? Being popular for that reason is no reason to be popular only slutty. Your friend was only popular for that reason and when school is out, so is she. Don't go down this road to be popular, they will remember you more if you don't play that game.
