I believed in God and Jesus all my life till recently. I have been having some seriouse questions on the existence of any supernatural being. I just can't believe when it dosn't feel right. Yet I can see my self maybe changing. Who knows, as campy as it sounds, life is a journey and we all make changes. Anyway my question is what would you classify me? Atheist and agnostist just don't sound right and I don't know what else there is. Also Buddhism has become really interesting to me, but again not where I would be worshipping a deity, just kinda like a philosophy to live by. So do I fit a religious catagory?
Thanks for any help you can offer, but no lectures.

Ok so I don't "feel a need to be classified". I just like thing to be simple and easy.
Say atheist and you know they don't believe in god.
Say christian and you know they do.
I just don't like having to re-explain things all the time and was wondering if there was some term that could get my own beliefs accross. And yes I know there is probably not a perfect word, but get as close as you can.

Like it or not, agnostic seems to fit you best. You aren't sure if supernatural beings exist, but aren't ready to write them off completely. So I would say that is your category. If you are interested in buddhism, there is nothing wrong with identifying with them; you can follow their principles without worship. Your life philosophy should include anything that will make you a better person and help you make the world a better place. Hope this isn't too much like a lecture lol.

Young Christian. Confused and lacking proper teaching.
Get to know Who is Jesus-really.
You also might want to check out Answers in Genesis. Try a search for Apologetics within the AiG site or at Bible.org
Been there. Done that also.
Christ always prevails when one gets the proper teaching, desires to follow God's will and lets the Holy Spirit lead.

You "believed in God and Jesus all [your] life till recently"?
Simple question: Did you accept Jesus into your heart? Did you profess to others the salvation of your soul?
If you don't know, or didn't, the answer to your question is simple. Shop around, try what you want, whatever. Just keep your mind and heart open to the presence of God when He comes knocking.
If you did, then you're going thru a period of doubt. Faith doesn't grow without doubt and challenge. Seek refuge in prayer and in the company of people who are strong in the faith.
Not a lecture. Just my answer. I'll add you to my prayers.

Religion is a difficult thing. Basically it is a man-made concept and each brand tries to impose itself and it's beliefs on others, each one claiming to be the true religion. Sadly it is these beliefs that have caused so much death, wars and misery over the years as no particular religion seems to have tolerance for any other and the phrase 'Live and Let Live.' seems to be sadly missing from all their vocabularies. I would have respect for any whose members could say to me 'I believe in my god and you believe in yours. I do not subscribe to your beliefs but I respect your right to have them.'
The definition of 'Religion' is ' a belief in, acceptance of, or non-rational sense of a superhuman, unseen controlling power or powers, with the emotion and mortality connected therewith. rites or worship. Any system of such belief or worship.'
So, if you do think there is some sort of superior being responsible for our creation and who looks down upon us, invisibly, from some place beyond death then it could be construed that you are religious. If, on the other hand, you just wish to live by a set of your own rules and standards without such a belief, then you are a philosopher or philanthropist. I, personally, fit in this category.

To be honest, if you feel that you must be classified, I would venture to say that you are still Christian. We all question our faith at times and wonder about its validity. When this has happened to me, I simply dive deeper into what I have been taught and check it against the Word of God and with others who have experienced similar questioning.

sounds agnostic to me. that's about as broad as it gets... don't believe you can prove it, don't believe you can prove against it.
also, if you're looking for a philosiphy to live by, i would take a look at satanism. it's a very silent, respectable lifestyle -- even moreso, i believe, than christianity.

Why do you want to be categorised. I've never fitted into any religious category and it's never been an issue for me.
