please can some one help me as fast as you can with information on how to use an analogue tachograph

Well they are very easy, far easier than digital! Basically, you need to use the mode switch correctly. Use crossed hammers mode for all driving and other work and use rest mode for breaks and rest only. Use the packing case/square mode for Periods of Availability ONLY. if you don't know what they are, ask your Manager.

You'll need to note your shift start & end times on your chart, and explain any gaps in traces; e.g. if you started work at 7am but didn't insert a tacho chart til 8am, then you'll need to explain what you did in that hour. Use the back of the chart for this purpose.
