The most delicious cheesecake EVER in my opinion. I make it at least twice a month.

Base
1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
2/3 cup unsalted peanuts (crushed)
1/3 cup butter
3 tablespoons peanut butter
Filling
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
1 liter Cool Whip
1/2 cup nesquik chocolate syrup

For base: melt butters together. stir in peanuts and graham crumbs. Reserve 3/4 cup for topping. Press into 9 x 13 pan.
For filling: mix cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter & vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Fold in cool whip. pour over base. Drizzle brown cow on top and swirl through with a knife. Sprinkle 3/4 cup crumbs over top, with extra peanuts. Freeze at least 6 hours.
Before cutting, let sit for about 15 minutes at room temperature. A

HUMMINGBIRD CAKE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
3 eggs -- beaten
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple -- undrained
2 cups chopped banana
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Frosting:
2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese -- softened
1 cup butter -- softened
2 pounds powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup pecans -- chopped

To make cake, sift together flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon. Add eggs
and oil and stir. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, banana and pecans. Spoon
batter into three well-greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 for
25-30 minutes. Cool in pans on a rack for 10 minutes. Turn cake out of
pans.

To make frosting, cream together cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Slowly add powdered sugar, mixing well. Stir in the vanilla. Frost the
cake between layers then the top and sides. If desired, dredge the sides
with chopped pecans and sprinkle pecans on top of cake.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST FRUT SALAD!!

Secret recipe
2 cans of fruit salad
1 can of chunked pineapple
1 can of peaches (cut into cubes)
2 small cans of madarin oranges
3 peeled , cored, cubed gala apples

combine all of these fruits and set to drain completely

in a blender combine one box of cream cheese, one can of condensed milk, and 3/4 tug of cool whip and blend -

mix into fruit and top with marachino cherries

The secret is the cream cheese- it makes it very good
