Sorry dont really know but college education in the military is low. Especially the Marines, and Army. The Air Force has the best record.
But since ROTC is prevelent in colleges many are getting their degrees before they serve and they start at a higher rank with higher pay. It is a better way to go for many. ROTC can offer small scholarships along the way to help pay for education.
But what I have seen is so many young people who want to rush to the military right out of high school they dont want to have to read and study before getting in. This is common.

Also the large sign up BONUS lures them in straight from High School. Where do these Bonuses go? I can tell you what the majority do, they buy FAST CARS FAST BIKES and any other toy they can get. My son who is an officer trys to talk sense into these young people who blow their Bonus instead of saving for a future.
All military can take classes while enlisted and many do but the majority dont.

It should be pretty high - you cannot become an NCO without at least some college under your belt.

It would be better to compare age groups. For example the military would have a higher percentage of people with college in the 24+ age groups than the civilian side. And would be lower in the 23- age groups.
