Don't quit your job. You can eat healthy and still work in a fast food market. Where you work do they serve salads? You could have a salad and the meat off a cheeseburger. Even if they don't there is a diet lifestyle you can follow. Whatever day you have off cook for yourself. I make a huge pot of chicken soup every Sunday and freeze portions for my lunches. I work in an office so I have an hour for lunch, if you don't have an hour just a 15 minute break it's still possible to use the microwave to heat up something from home? Try a low carb lifestyle, it fills you up for hours and you burn those calories! I had pepperoni and cheese for breakfast with my Chai hot tea and am still not hungry four hours later. Look into it, I've lost 75 pounds and love this lifestyle. Bacon and eggs, chicken soup with veggies, chicken and cheese, celery and cream cheese, there are so many options! Get the book and read up on it and let me know how it goes if you think it might be for you. If you need help or want more info just send me an email. Oh and the best part of low carbing it is NO HUNGER PAINS!

You still have a long time until then so the time to start is now. More important than exercising is eating properly. Check the nutritional contents in your foods to make sure they are low in fat in general (avoid saturated and trans fat TOTALLY). Do this along with 20-30 mins cardio 3-4 times a week and you'll definitely see results. Where most ppl fail is that they don't realize that it takes 2-3 months to see proper results. Throw in some challenging weights (weights where you can do sets of 8-10 of), and keep at it Consistency is what will determine if you lose weight or not. Good Luck !!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Does your store offer Salads? Try adding meat to the salad to make it more appealing or bringing in soup to heat up so you have a hot meal, also switch to tea and water over soda. It is tough to loose weight when you are surrounded by fatty junk and Soda. Have you considered finding another job? Sometimes the best choice is to change your venue. Fighting a weight problem while surrounded by a big part of the problem will just make it harder. If you have secretarial skills apply at a temp agency or if you are under 24 check out the Job Corps (http://jobcorps.dol.gov/). If you remove yourself from the overwhelming temptation to overeat you can work a successful plan to loose weight.

I had the same thing happen to me. I worked at McDonalds a long time ago, and I did nothing but eat that crap. I had to get another job (at an arcade), and I lost that weight. Trust me, working in fast food is a bad idea if you are wanting to lose weight.

For breakfast, try having Quaker Instant Oatmeal. It is pretty quick to prepare and comes in single serving size portions. For lunch try Bumble Bee Tuna Salad with Crackers. This kit comes ready to eat and is quick and will fill you up until dinner. This is what I have been doing lately. Also you might try exercising. Even if you just start out by increasing your walking. Take the stairs when you have an option. Park further away in the parking lot. Good Luck!!

try eating salads with light dressing, you can bring these to work with you and store them in the cooler. NO breads and if you do feel the need to eat bread eat wheat bread, Most of all cut out all sweets and bad sugar ( candybars, soda, etc) Most of all dont eat fried foods, this is whats causing you to gain weight. Try baking a couple pieces of chicken the night before and taking them into work with you. Eat slowly as this will fill you up more fast and you wont be able to hold as much instead of eating fast. drink plenty of water and most of all dont eat much at night a couple of hours before you go to bed, because this is when your body is most inactive and its when you put most weight on.

nothing positive will happen as long as you are working somewhere like that I think if it is at all possible you should try to get a job that does not involve food! willpower is a great word but not easy to have when you put yourself in the same situation day after day. One thing that may help is to eat a really big salad before you go to work, and this is going to sound strange but swallow a big spoon of smelly oil when you start to feel tempted it will make you feel nauseated at the smell of oil.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
