Is eating smoked meats from a smoker good for you. Afterall smoke is smoke, Isn't it?

I don't reccommend it all the time, but i smoke a turkey for the holidays. Smoking cures the meat & it will last a long time. It is a slow process with very low heat & smoke. Try smoked fish it is delicious & a little pricey;but you won't regret it if you like fish.
