I'm 41, and about 25 pounds overweight. I was sceptical about Curves at first thinking that it would probably only work for really obese old ladies and wouldn't provide a challenging work out for me - - wrong! The Curves workout totally kicks my butt! It's fun, the ladies are nice, the facility I go to is very clean and decorated real cute. I like that they waived my start up fee when I brought them proof I'd had a mammogram within the year, and that if I give them 30 day's notice, I can cancel. There's no long term commitment. I'm totally able to get there, do my workout, and get back to my office within one hour. I love it!

Curves is good in the beginning because the aspect of circuit training is an excellent one
the problem with curves is that its a set pattern that doesn't change....your body will eventually adapt and you can't progress as your body adapts....which is a problem in that you'll stop seeing any results

I know someone who has tried Curves. It's a circuit weight training program. Of course it works! Anything will work, diet, exercise, if you stick it out.

No, it won't. For one concern, the physique of Adriana Lima takes greater artwork to realize and maintain than in easy terms a 30 min. work out 3-4 days a week. you could would desire to adhere to an extremely wholesome nutrition ordinary besides. additionally, dropping weight won't supply you the physique of a action picture star you're taking exhilaration in. it relatively is set via your genes.

its a known fact that eating less and exercising = losing body fat, so of course it works if you stick to it and don't eat junk. my aunt did it and lost 40 lbs, but she stopped going and stopped eating right so she gained it back. if you want to lose weight, you have to make serious lifestyle changes forever.
she liked Curves because they take all your measurements when you start, and then you get remeasured every so often and you get computer print outs of how many inches, pounds, etc you have lost on the various parts of your body.

i tried curves for a few months, and they took my money. the music sucked, the routines sucked, and it was boring and a waste of time. Not to mention the money they took me for when i tried to end my membership.
