Why if Most Latino U.S Citizens are Mexicans or from Mexican descendant U still pick on the Mexican Nation ?
Don't pick on our low social class, or on our Indigenous Communities!!!
.... Mexico is a Nation !!! We are Proud of our nation ( English and Spanish speakers in both sides of the Wall)
and if you support the Republican idea to built a Zionist Nation on Palestine... U better start understanding what a Nation is, and that any Nation is MultiCiltural and Multi-Ethnic.
And also... Nations can't be Anglo-Monolingual.... So learn Spanish!
Como se dice Patria en Ingles?

What is up this nonsense wanting people to choose country-appropriate language. The fact is, if you live in Texas . . . there is a higher percentage of those who speak Spanish. In California, there are a few different asian languages and Spanish. The same for New Work but then add Italian and Polish. There's nothing wrong with a multi-lingual country. A requirement for a bilingual students help no one. There's nothing that says an entire country has to speak English AND x. But we can all afford to speak English + another language within their area.
Demanding immigrants to learn English upon entering the United States is dense. Many immigrants come here in order to better their lives. If they had educational opportunities like . . . say learning a Foreign Language . . . they probably wouldn't have left their countries.
Furthermore, this whole nonsense about "assimilation" and forcing outsiders to become more Americanized is an excuse. Every group of immigrants (regardless of color, regardless of heritage, etc). have all been accused of not learning the language (even the Brits). They've been accused of being lazy, increasing the crime rate, and wanting a free ride. They've been accused of refusing to learn the language and then demanding everyone bow to their language.
Fact: NONE of that has been true. These are just futile points we argue on. It doesn't matter how English-speaking immigrants are . . . the way America treats minority groups is unchanged since the day we enslaved African Americans.

Everyone loves a dreamer. In that, you will be well liked here. You need to wake up or at least roll over and change your view. It is distorded some how.
I am not a hater. And I don't care what language but I wish they would pick one for a National. One language does have purpose. That is history. Maybe we can go back to sign language-won't that be fun. Or just grunt.
And sorry but immigration I think will change. Time will tell. I see changes in the future. Not like your dream.
Have some sleepy-time tea, and try again.

I have to laugh at you calling an entire country "haters". I'm sure the irony is lost on you, but it did make me laugh.
On one hand, I agree that monolinguism isn't the best idea in the world, but why should I learn Spanish? I studied French for several years and a little ASL, too. I grew up in Alaska - the languages that made sense for me to study were French and Russian - why on earth should I be forced to learn Spanish? Just because people who CHOOSE to come here don't want to be bothered to learn English?

Where did you get your information,Vicente Fox?quite the contrary most everyone is fed up with the constant illegal trafficking across the border, this country is tired of supporting so many illegals on welfare and many more on the prisons and jails.the reason for the fence IS that this country's citizens demanded it,even Bush that loves to have more illegals come in,had to give in.republicans had nothing to do with it,it was the people that are fed up and demanded it,and for the record, who has ask you to learn chinese, greek, italian, slovak, polish, swahili or japanese, spanish is not the only language brought in by immigrants.

I'm no clone, I'm not compensated for my views here in any way, and I believe your facts/opinion to be inaccurate. 'Tyranny' is just another rhetorical rock to be thrown, bluntly spoken even quasi-efficient law enforcement on the border is 2 decades overdue...
People demanding their way into the United States are increasingly finding their remonstrations falling on deaf ears.
As they finally get around to fixing things like the Border Patrol so they work, I think we'll hear more of it, though...we've got laws that address and govern the entire mess, a lot of em have been around for years, and ignored for just as long, but their intent and purpose was just and correct, in my view, what remains to be seen is whether people really want to see things done the right way, or if we're all just content to continue to let fraud, corruption, and incompetence 'guide' our national policies...
I'd like to give the republicans another chance, but they've been really disappointing up to this point, give em credit for getting the border fence bill passed, though, I vote Independent, and I'm hoping the democrats bring their ethics, knowledge, professionalism, and moral courage to the podium, here...my vote goes to the guy/gal willing to stand up to the enablers and their financiers on this issue...there's billions of dollars at stake, or there'd be no immigration dispute to begin with...

Most Americans are against illegal immigrants, most Americans would be for the fence.
The laws on them being illegal won't change -
I'll speak Spanish when i'm in a Spanish land.
Why don't you learn English because your grammar sucks!
Stop downing the tequila! Oh, They're not immigrants, They're illegal trespassers.
