A 7 day diet plan is probably one that won't work in the long run. You see the problem is the quicker you lose weight the quicker it will go back on. So even if you do lose weight over the 7 days, you'll probably put it back on in the following 7 days.
Losing weight isn't about diets, it's about making lifestyle changes which are permanent. A diet implies that there will be an end, a time when you can go back to eating all the junk and rubbish, whereas a lifestyle change is a completely different mindset.
So first change your mindset from wanting a quick fix diet to that of wanting to live a healthy lifestyle which will help you live longer and live life to the full and do all those things you were scared off when you had those extra pounds.
The other two things you need are proper diet/nutrition and a fitness training program which should be composed mainly of cardio training and some light weights to help tone up (I posted something similar here:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ak322zHkge.C6C_639C4I7nzy6IX?qid=20061030092427AAWxZff)
Key points:
-It takes time, don't try and lose weight overnight
-Change your mindset, change your lifestyle - don't 'go on' a diet
-Put together a proper training and nutrition program, ideally with the help of a doctor or trainer.
-Do cardiovascular training (jogging/swimming,biking etc) to burn calories. If you burn more calories than you eat you'll lose weight..it's that simple.
-Don't give up and focus on why you want to lose weight - Set a goal and keep it in sight at all times

Well darling I can tell you that losing weight is not so difficult particularly at the beginning. What's hard is to maintain your shape. When on a diet you will see that at first you lose a lot but then all of a sudden you gain it soon again. So,please, don't believe in those ridiculous methods but start eating properly and do some sort of physical activities. It might take longer but the results will last longer too.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Don't know if models use this but the British Heat Foundation Cabbage Soup diet is good. You generally lose 1 stone in the first 7 days, (but it says you should do it for 14 only) then low fat foods. Its pain to do - cos its boring, but you don't go hungry.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
