i heard some stories in the news about a month ago about the border patrol picking up illegals and just abandoning their truck full of the illegals in the middle of the desert.
Should we tolerate this? Granted, they are illegal immigrants, however they still deserve to be treated like humans. Or do they not deserve that either? What do you think?

Well I saw it on ABC, I do not think it is BS.
And walking off in the middle of a foreign desert... that would be suicide, not stupid.

For the most part, BP agents are taught to treat illegals with diginity and humanity.....I believe most do.....
However, I don't doubt something like this happens, you have rogue cops and border patrol agents, who really are just on a power trip....What can these people do? They have entered the country illegally and what rights do they have? No we should not tolerate this...

I don't mind that the truck was abandoned in the middle of the desert. I do mind that the BP did not make the illegals push it back across the border from whence they came. You believe that they should be treated like human beings but I believe that they had every intent to steal our tax dollars by sneaking across our border. If I were a BP Agent, I would be extremely harsh in my treatment of illegals and would not tolerate any illegal in my line of sight the same dignities that I grant an animal.

I think the story is BS. What did the border patrol do just lock the car and walk off? Are illegals that stupid that they would just sit there in the middle of a desert?
Edit:
Foreign desert my **** how many of there family or own country men have crossed over here illegal into our "foreign" deserts. And of those ones that did how many of them remain in contact with their families back in their home country to send them money that they make here? Also were there not comic book like phamplets made by mexico's goverment that showed how one can illegally get into this country? Wouldn't those books contain information about how to cross over a desert since some of the bordering states have deserts?

I live a little south of the boarder and i never heard a thing about that, what does happen all the the is the guys that drive hordes of illegals in trucks leave them all the time stranded. When bp finds them they give them water and transfer them to BP vehicles and transport them back to headquarters. They either miss imformed or you heard wrong. It can happen. If that had happened you would of heard a lot more about it. They would not let a story die so easily.

I have not heard anything like that. But I know the US government would not tolerate that. Hell they are sending two border patrol agents to prison for doing their jobs.
The border patrol is not allowed to go outside the US borders. Unlike the Mexican army. Who have been seen on several occasion on US soil
