my dad just recently got a job up north and is only home on weekends so i live with my step mom who i absolutly dont get along with! and my mom lives in alabama and i really dont want to live with my step mom but i dont want to just up and leave my dad... and things havent been going to well, like with school and this one guy... and i'm really scared that if i stay here then i'll do something stupid. the only thing that's keeping me here is my friends but there should be more.... i'm just not happy anymore :[

Go live in Alabama. I hate Minnesota. Minnesota is too cold. Alabama is more down south. If you move to Alabama, your friend in ur comp class will miss u. x]

If your parents agree on letting you choose who you live with that is good. If the primary custodial parent has a problem with it then the judge will have to decide who you live with. It goes much further than you just picking.

I think that you should follow your heart and dont make any rah decisions. Make sure what you are doing has your best intrest in mind.

well it's always hard to choose between your mom and dad but you should do it so you should choose where you'll be safe and who well need you more your mother or your dad
