Go with loose leaf green tea and serve in a ceramic teapot with an infuser to catch the leaves and disburse the flavor during steeping. The infuser provides better disbursement of flavors than the smaller/tighter fitting tea bags.
My family drinks tea daily and this is the only way we drink it. My favorite is Hime brand genmai cha tea as it has a hint of roasted brown rice with the green tea.

Try any oriental market/grocery store for the tea and teapot.

Tea Brewing
Simplified brewing:
Tea Ware: Mini tea set
Tea leaves can be steeped in the inner jar. Release the inner jar valve to drain liquor into the large jar. Pour liquor to teacups or use the jar as your teacup.
Water: 100ºC boiling water
Brewing:
1. Put reasonable amount of tea leaves to the inner jar
2. Rinse tea leaves with boiled water, release valve to drain
3. Use 1st lot liquor to wash and warm tea cups, or dispose the liquor
4. Enjoy your tea from the next and subsequent brew. Do not steep tea leaves for over 15 seconds in the 1st brew. Additional 5 to 10 seconds is required for each subsequent brew.
Warning: Do not have tea leaves steeped for too long. Overbrew tea has bitterness.

I say teabags are best for convenience,or steeping the leaves if you have the time, but if not and you use tea bags and you plan on using a big cup or glass to fill, use two teabags, and theres many kinds of green tea,I personally like green tea with echinacea for when Im sick or worried that I might get sick, the echinacea is good for a sore throat and immunity and green tea with jasmine is really good,I just like the flavor of it.

Arizona green tea, and others like it, have "natural flavors" in their list of ingredients. So called "natural flavors" is actually MSG (Monosodium Glutamate). If I went into all the long term adverse reactions of MSG, this answer would be several pages long. But here is a brief run down:
The reaction of headaches, migraines, stomach upsets, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, asthma, panic attacks, heart palpitations, mental confusion, mood swings, neurological disorder symptoms like Parkinson's, MS, ALS, Alzheimers and behavior disorders to name a few are not an allergic reaction, but a powerful drug reaction. Run a Yahoo search for "No MSG" to get a list of the alternate names being used in place of MSG on labels.
(Check it out, you want to avoid MSG as much as you can.)
There is a brand called Organics which apparently does not use MSG. I hope this info was helpful.

The best thing you can do with any kind of tea is to buy it in it's natural condition. Leaves. And get one of those round metal cases to put it in. It even tastes much better
