Hey jeffsgaba...,
You can use the standard sites too, like LDS Family Search, just put Romania in the search. Here are some others.

Do you want to find your own relatives from Romania or are you interested in Romanians' ancestors in general? If you're interested in the first, I'm afraid not many web sites will help you, but if it's the latter you want to know about, I can tell you that Romanians' ancestors are the Geto-Dacians (an Indo-European people who had populated the geographical space now known as Romania as early as the 2nd millennium BC - well, actually, the territory they occupied was much larger, but never mind that -) and the Romans (who conquered Dacia in 106 AD) - so Romanians, as the Italians, the French, the Spanish and the Portuguese are a Romanic people, born during the 1st millennium AD.

I myself have may ancestors in Romania, especially the part of Bukovina. And familysearch.org has recently added impressive data on church books and names from the area.
Good Luck!
