no me. it's pretty hard to say that since there is no physical connection. for me, i have to see the person's eyes to have a good connection.

I am a Psychologist and I do not believe in true love through the internet if your sole contact with the other person is through the internet or if you have had extremely limited personal contact with the other person.
True love for and from another person comes through knowing that person. It is impossible for two people to truly know one another if they have limited personal contact. It is imperative that two people have the opportunity to see one another in a wide variety of situations with a large number of friends and relatives over an extended period of time (at least one year). By the end of one year a couple will have a pretty good idea of who and what kind of person the other is. It is also a very good idea nowadays to perform a complete background check on one another in order to confirm each others claims and also to go through at least two months of Pre-Marital counseling with a highly reputiable counselor or therapist.
Please remember that the internet has many good qualities as do most people. However, the internet is also the abode and the preferred medium of interaction for many predators and unsavory persons who are experts in deception. My advise to you is to be extremely careful and to absolutely avoid the internet for relationship purposes if at all possible.
If you have any further questions or would like an even more detailed answer then please do not hessitate to contact me.

You don't believe in anything in any begining of the relationship, whether it's from a bar, a friend, or through internet.
There are sweet people out there, in the bar or in internet...
So just don't think that you're gonna meet the perfect lady out there, and start off dating her like that, cuz you will freak the girl out.
But I did found true love through internet. We are both absolutely gorgeous and love each other so much.

The internet is nothing more than a means to an end, a way to meet people you might otherwise never have met. Most of the people you meet, you'd probably wish you hadn't, but then isn't that just life? You might get lucky and meet someone amazing, someone who thinks you're amazing too, then you can take it from there. But the internet holds no magic power, no special way to connect. It's just a tool. Use it wisely.

I think it's another avenue that cannot be dismissed. Just like arranged marriages or blind dates. All are viable way for finding true love.
It's not different to dating in a way that not all dates go as planned.
It's not the medium, but the person that would determine true love.

i don't think of that is impossible yet probably very uncommon... i think of that head to head touch is only about mandatory to get a actual experience for the way you respond to somebody. And in spite of the reality which you would be able to get to be attentive to somebody via the internet, how a lot of that's reasonable exaggeration or enjoying-down of the reality...? And any courting outfitted only on the cyber web probably has, via nature, incredibly susceptible foundations...

I believe...I think that it can happen just like in any other place. True love will always be true love regardless of all the circumstances.
Don't worry Joangelina, I'm sure that you'll find that special someone! =)

We Married in December of 2005, we are still as close if not closer than when we first started our relationship. Our first "Married" anniversary is coming up and I can't wait.....In 30 years, I still see us together and very happy.

you'd be surprised, my current wife i have found via the internet. not your typical dating service romance, but just talkingn about this and that. eventually, after a few years, she came close to where i live (a whole different country and continent) and we have decided to meet. then that "click" happened, and we've been together since.
