Last Saturday night was the first time we hung out since my ex broke up with me at the end of July. I wasn't planning on going until he said this would be his last night in town since's moving up north, & wanted to see me. He had a huge smile on his face when he finally spotted me, gave me a huge hug. Talked about WI Badgers, and how 2 tixs are going for $500.00. I said that was a lot. Said he would spend that amount of money on me if I would attend a game with him. I said I would think about it. He also wants me to go up north to see the house he bought along the river with a view of lake Michigan. Wants to take me out to dinner and show me around the town. Says I would be the most beautiful girl up there, and that guys wouldn't be able to take there eyes off of me. Then he started rubbing my leg occasionally along with holding my hand. When I left, he looked like he wanted to kiss me. Do just guy friends want to spend this amount of time and money on a girl? Is this normal?

He's the one who broke up with me. It was ugly and repairing that friendship took some time. I went to Canada for over a week. The night I came back, he called me up right away. He wanted to move from WI down to FL. Felt my parents would stand in the way of me moving down there. I never once opposed that decision. He changed his mind at the last minute to a town an hour away where he owns several properties. He told me if he moved to FL, he would never come back. I think never seeing me again had something to do with it. He had a job lined up with a friend in real estate making over $100,000/yr. He also has family in FL. He's asked me why having children is so important to me. When I checked my cell phone to see if I missed any calls, he sounded jealous when asking why. If he strictly wants sex, why not with some random chic who paws him? Girls were literally hitting on him when we were at the bar. He would put his arm around me, and they would get the hint to leave.
