Do just a little more exercise but do something fun so you don't think of it as exercise .. like maybe dancing to your favorite CD for half an hour jump around and act silly .. dancing is great exercise and you lose weight fast and don't even consider it exercise =)

Quick weight loss is the worst thing you could ever do to your body as it will come back with a vengence and more will come with it too. Adjust your eating habits so you eat lots of fruits and veggies, the more raw the better as it will fill you up faster, and a few nuts and grains. If you lay off the high fat diet and the high fat meats, you will be much better off but if you feel you have to have the meat, stick with chicken or turkey as the pork and red meats are full of hidden fat you don't really want among other things you would not want to know about if you are eating them. make it a lifestyle, not just a diet and you will be able to keep the fat off rather than up and down all the time which is terribly hard on your body and will end up making a blob of you. A couple of pounds a week are plenty to take off so don't try to do it in a day as you did not get it on in a day either. Easy and slow is the key.

It is important you take in enough calories (so your metabalism dosn;t slow down) as well as not too many. On calore-counter.com they will tell you how many you need and have a free counter. It also lets you track your exercise, so you can see how many calories your burning (it's also free).

The best way to loose fat is cardio exercise. Add at least a half hour a day (it can be in 15-20 min. at a time). Maybe get up and do a 15 - 20 min. jog or walk and do it again in the evening. TaBoe videos are fun and burn a lot of calories.

You also need to do some strength training. We gain weight as we get older because we loose about one pound of muscle per year. Start with light strenght training though, because if you gain too much muscle before you loose the fat, you will just look bigger (exspecialy on your abs, too many sit ups wil give you muscle, but won't remove the fat). Once you loose your fat you will see muscle and not volume under your fat.

Final tip: drink plenty of water. It will help you flush the fat, make you feel fuller, and reduce the water you retain. (Your body retains more water if it thinks it's not going to get more.) Twice per day drink 8 oz of cranberry juice mixed with water; 1/4 cranberry juice and 3/4ths water (make sure the juice does not have corn syrup and hight in cranberry juice, like Northland). This cocktail is great at flushing fat and reducing cellulite, it's proven to work in four weeks.

Remember: it is only healthy to loose a pound or two per week. We all want fast results, but we want the pounds to stay off, so do it the right way.

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

The problem with "quick weight loss" is that the weight usually isn't "fat" weight, it's water weight. Which means it will come right back as soon as you rehydrate. If you want to lose "fat", the way to do it is BURN it...permanent weight loss is a matter of intake vs output. If you want to continue your current meal program, whatever it may be, and still lose, and lose quicker, you have to increase output, which very simply means, INCREASE excercise. Hi intensity aerobic style excercise: running, jogging, step aerobics, eliptical riders, rowing machines, etc.... 30-60 minutes of continuous excercise that gets your heart rate into the "fat burning target zone", probably 140-160, depending on your age, and you will burn the fat tissue away. You must USE more calories than you consume (eat), way more actually, to lose adipose weight quickly and keep it off. About 3500 calories used will burn about 1 pound of body fat. So you can see, you need to excercise alot to drop 5-10 pounds quickly. But, remember not to re-consume those calories, or you can gain that weight right back.

good luck

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

There's no faster diet than Kimkins.

It's what celebrities in Hollywood use to keep thin, it's also what competitive weight lifters use the last few days before competition.

Diet is not enough...You need to exercise as well...Hit to the gym at least 3 times a week for an hour or so....This helps. Don't sleep late, get enough of sleep as lack of sleep may lead to gaining extra pounds. And, drink a lot of water...You might feel a little bloated for a week or so..but when your body starts to adapt to it...you'll feel slimmer...Finally, don't skip meals...Skipping meals will only lead to obesity.

Add more exercise to your day. Weight loss is a function of burning more calories than you take in. Increase the calories burned, and you will not need to reduce the calories you take in.
