Yes. but it's very difficult. Go to your citizens' advice bureau and tell them all about. Their advice is sound and FREEE.
Good luck.

A caution is not a criminal conviction but it will be recorded on the police database and may be considered in court in the event of the offender being tried for another offence. The record will remain on the police database for five years along with photographs, fingerprints and any other samples taken at the time.
Apply for a police clearance certificate in a year's time to make sure they've expunged it!

Hello my friend, to be honest I do not like police and their barnyards that they live in, but your records can only be cleared if u have done crime before you where 18 and once u turn that age it all gets cleared. The problem is that these people that think they are above us all but really aint, as soon as they get our fingerprints and DNA and whatever else they take on the sly (without us knowing) they would never let our records clear this is because they want to know everything about each individual in this Kingdom so we can be under their control, but to be honest they can have everything about us to say who we are but they would never get to the core of our minds.
Bless.

you want a 1/2 hour loose suggestion from a Solicitor. in case you settle for a caution that is going to continually teach on an greater CRB verify. in case you refuse your case can ought to visit the CPS who will likely throw it contained in the bin. can't see contained in the united kingdom that you will be charged for pushing your ex. The police in basic terms want an undemanding option. good luck.

Caicos turkey is right. JFK..... How do the Police take your prints and DNA without you knowing? Surely the person knows, they are present when they give it. Dumb.
