i've heard that a magnesium deficiency can make one crave chocolate. are you taking a multi-vitamin? would be a good idea. other than that, you might just be craving chocolate. have some, but don't get ridiculous with it. dark chocolate is the best for you.

Eat a small amount. Not so bad to feed a little of your craving but just stop after a few bites.

my friend always says to eat a little dark chocolate. that gives you the chocolate you really crave without eating as much dark chocolate. i do it now, and it works.

make yourself put a dollar away in a jar everytime you have chocolate, hopefully your funds will run out before you turn into one big giant Hershey Kiss
