Pray more for sure, and be patient, thinks tend to work themselves out. And for sure have goals that you can chase and the last thing to do is get discouraged about things, we all have hard times, some more than others but everyone still hurts to some degree and confusion ***** with all of us. Just keep your head up and never stop moving towards your goals, and make sure to let things go and remember that tomorrow is always a new day to make things right. I once read this book called the Count of Monte Cristo and it was about revenge and redemption, but redemption is the sweetest thing in life. Good luck.

I am assuming that you are a woman so anything I say will be based on my experiences with my wife and daughters whom I adore. And my answer will seem quite simplistic. Be true to yourself first. That means to avoid people, situations and thoughts that you know are harmful. Prepare yourself for a life that fits who you are, such as in work, relationships, dating, marriage and so forth. No one knows better than you what's best for you. But be prepared for disappointments. We all get them. You will be lied to, fooled, manipulated and hated. There will be times that no matter how firm you stand, something kicks your feet out from under you. Get back up, dust yourself off and push forward. Find that true friend that you can bare your sole to and don't hold anything back. Treat others the way you want to be treated but never expect this in return. Welcome to life. Seize the moment. Live as if there is no tomorrow.

Chill out. Remember we are all girls and we face alot of hardships. We are here in this world for good. Pray hard to Jesus and be confident. Shop and eat nicely. Meet friends and take a trip somewhere you want to go. Meet your parents and spend time with them. They are worth more than friends or boyfriends. And finally, just hang in there and take life positive without thinkin of the negative. Bye and best of luck dear!

Always remember there is always tomorrow, and things will get better. Some good physical activity will do wonders. I personally really used to love surfing. I would get out there and it was just me and the waves, learning how to ride the waves puts everything into perspective. You leave the beach feeling totally stoked.

This may sound really stupid, but i make a list of everything i want to accomplish today, tomorrow, next week next month, next year and in the next ten years. You will be suprised how much better you will feel knowing that your frustration and your wanting to just through in the towel will be worth it in the long run. Just hang in there and you will make it.

It's terrible, but sometimes I just need to block things out in order to go on with my everyday life.
