Go through all the material first. Just scan it. Break it down into smaller segments and chose a place to begin. Set a short time limit maybe 15 minutes and study one small thing. Take a break and think about it. Then pick another section and set a time limit.
Make notes or check things that you have trouble with and go back to them later. Skim over what you already know.
If you look at the material as a whole it seems impossible but if you break it down then you will have little successes to move you forward.

For me the worst place to study is at home, there are too many distractions. I found the school library to be a better place to study, cause there is less distraction and you see other students doing homework/studying. Will this motivate you? It sometimes worked for me, but sometimes I just end up doodling in my notebook. Ha-ha

consult along with her, as an grownup. She is turning out to be one and you're no longer adjusting to this certainty. you could desire to grant her further and further freedom to alter into an grownup. inspire her to take part in some thing. (activities are great, yet no longer for each individual...yet there are different endeavors.) despite pursuits her...despite her aims are... advantages her for doing constructive issues, yet dont tell her what those issues are, she would desire to parent that out on her very own. marvel her with little perks alongside the way. Spend some genuine high quality time along with her...get her to open up. tell her you adore her greater advantageous than something interior the full worldwide, and advise it. supply her a hug. ultimately, look at her acquaintances. make specific she hasn't fallen right into a foul crowd...yet dont be too judgemental...it relatively is a no longer common line to stability. Get some expert counseling in case you sense crushed. now and lower back an impartial perspective can enable you out... stable success!

nothings wrong. thats human nature. :D

ive found for me, very busy and running around, that if you put things on the front of small index cards and put them where your odometer is in the car, you see them so much, and so often, that you remember them, just like seeing your home address everyday, etc.

hope this helps!

study with someone. preferably someone who is motivated. studying with someone who is motivated will probably motivate you also. it is always easier to have help when studying.
