You want to use large hot rollers....it helps if you have shorter hair....use med to large sections of hair....use a light fast drying hairspray (I like V05) and a hair serum on the hair to keep it soft. After you have you hair rolled...do not touch it until the rollers are completely cooled off. After that...unroll them, spray them and leave them alone....you don't want to break the curl apart. For reference....look up pics of Marilyn Monroe....Greta Garbo, Bette Paige, and for more modern...Christina Aguillera and Gwen Stefani and Dita Von Teese.
