I've been counting my calories lately and I have already lost about 10 pounds. I now weigh 123. I'm in the Army so I have to make sure I keep my weight down...so I've been eating a lot of fruits... namely apples. any other weight loss hints you may have I'll take those too, thanks for your help.

Depends on the size of the apple, most will average about 100. If you eat mostly raw veggies and fruits you can eat all you want and will not gain any weight as there is no way you can. the fiber will keep you full and you cannot eat too much that way. Add a few nuts for the protein and you have a balanced diet, the one that was given to man in the Garden of Eden. Best there is actually but only eat a handfull of nuts a day.
