What to do for sun spots?

My fiance has sun spots on his face, neck, and back...are there any treatments you can get over the counter? Will they ever go away?

We don't actually know if they are sunspots. He hasnt seen the doc yet but I think they are. They are white spots on his skin. Is this sun spots or could it be something else? Anyone know?

Sun screen to prevent more sun spots. And fading cream to help fade the ones he already has.

u could use sun block if its to hot.
