Hello
I bought a KEF PSW2000 subwoofer not too long ago, but never opened the box. Now that I have setup my speaker system, I have the sub ready to go, but when I turned on the power, the fuse got blown. So I replaced it with another fuse that was included with the sub, the fuse blew up again when power was turned on.
I need to know what I did wrong or what needs to be done to fix this.
Thanks

It is setup on 115V and my house has 120V. So I dont think that would be the issue. The warranty has expired on it too.

I would suggest
that you have an
experienced tech-
nician trouble-shoot
the problem with you.
That's a hard call with-
out looking at it in person.

I would open up the subwoofer and check the wires. It sounds like your positive and ground wire are touching. Never repleace a blown fuse with a higher amp fuse. It will fry your product.

This may be a very stupid answer, but it does happen: You don't by any chance run a 110Volt version on 220Volt?
If that's a "no", then I wouldn't work around inside, but bring it back to where you bought it. Otherwise they might refuse warranty / return.
