If you are from the UK, then the numbers are made up from your date of birth.
The first and last number together show your year of birth.
Numbers 2 and 3 are your month of birth - if you are female the second number is increased by 5 (a male born in Jan = 01, a female =51, November = 11 or 61, Dec 12 or 62)
Remaining 2 numbers are your day of birth.
