The Scripture says, "Let everything be done decent and in order". While I don't believe we have to WORSHIP quietly, I DO believe there is a time for quiet and reverence to the Word of God in Sunday School and church so that one can give fullattention to the Word of God as it goes forth.

Some are sleeping, some are quietly praying, and some are genuinely trying to learn something from the sermon. It's common courtesy to be quiet in such public situations so as not to detract from the enjoyment/benefit of others.

i dontknow what kind of church you go to but the bible says make a joyful noise unto the Lord so if you feel like shouting and saying hallelujiah its ok or saying amen its ok...people sleeping in church is a spirit of slumber (an spirit that the devils send to put you to sleep in church mostly so you can hear the word of God) notice how it happens in church a lot

SLEEP BE WITH YOU! and also with you
4 me, even the most MINOR distractions keep me from concentrating on the blahbity blahbity blah coming from the dude in the bathrobe
Is it just my opinion, or during Mass do they make you stand up, sit down, kneel till you bruise, stand up, sit down, etc just to keep you awake?

Courtesy and kindness...2 rather outdated modes of behaviour...indicate that when others are talking or doing something, respectfully listening or observing is important to the event.

Because if you asked questions and actually challenged what is being said, people might figure out how insane the whole thing is and leave.

When I used to go to church there was this guy that would fall asleep and he snored really loud...I did my best to keep my laughter quiet, but sometimes....I just couldn't help it....that's funny stuff! :)

NO! It's polite to not talk in mass. You don't talk when you're supposed to be listening. Do you talk during a movie? When another is talking? In any other house of worship? NO, you don't.
