Who would want to cure stupidness? Life would be so boring! The really great thing about being stupid is that it isn't limited to one particular group of person. Anyone can be stupid. It's an equal opportunity state of mentality. You can be the cleverist, most articulate person on the planet and still in one nano-second of slip of the tonguedom, become the stupidest person in the universe! Who would want to cure that?
Great question though!

generally, from what i've seen, painful life experience. Even then, i'd say this is a treatment rather than a cure. Stupidity, immaturity, foolishness, these are diseases which are as incurable as the common cold, however, the very reason they stay incurable is largely due to humanity's need to cling to quick fixes, rather than age-old wisdom and virtuous thoughts and acts.
Modern parents want to teach their children as much as possible, so they stick them on a computer and expect the kids to be "on par with everyone else" cause the internet purports to be the modern mouthpiece of society. Its a myth though, books are still better than tv or picture books, cause words allow for imaginative or creative thinking, while pictures / images hand it to the audience on a platter, not encouraging them to think for themselves. I love computers, and this is merely an example, but folly, i'm afraid to say, is something which people cling to for dear life. WHY WHY WHY?

I heard on our news a few days back that there is a pill out for this. I thought it was so absurd, I didn't listen. If they find a cure for it, I have a few recommendations of people for the project. By the way, on a light note about this, I saw a t-shirt in a mail order catalog that read: "If idiots were trees, this place would be an orchard.".

Unfortunately no. This cure is the holy grail of all female doctors who have ever had to treat a man with something lodged in a bodily orifice!

It's not that its arrogance some people think they are always right even when they have no knowledge of the subject matter. It's really insanity not STUPIDNESS as it were.
Have a great day.

No. Only death can fix the stupid person. Until then, just hope that they don't have any impact on your finances, security, environment, etc...
OOOPS. Too late, our country managed to elect GW twice.
